If your flight is delayed by more than 60 minutes after the scheduled departure time, you don't need to take drastic decisions or make changes to your itinerary. If you don't have it yet, download the ACA CLUB app.
Select "AIRPORT DELAY" and enter your flight before it leaves, at least six hours in advance.
If you're with 1 person accompanying you, you also have to enter their details.
Validate the information and confirm registration.
You'll receive an email message saying the registration process was completed successfully.
We'll track your flight and if it's delayed by more than sixty minutes after the scheduled departure time, we'll send an SMS to your phone telling you you've received the access coupon at the email address you supplied when registering, so that you can get into the VIP lounge at the airport where you are.
Conditions
- The AIRPORT DELAY service is only available for ACA CLUB members and 1 person accompanying them.
- The flight must be entered at least six hours in advance of the departure time.
- The AIRPORT DELAY service is only available if a flight is delayed; it cannot be used in the event of missing a flight.
- The ACA CLUB AIRPORT DELAY service is subject to the conditions of entrance to each VIP lounge.
- Access to the VIP lounge is free. If registration is not completed properly or there is an incident on the platform, ACA CLUB takes no responsibility and will not reimburse any sums of money.
