ACA SEGURS This is the ACA CLUB insurance service, a personalised service that enables you to benefit from the best insurance, with cover adapted to meet your actual needs.
This includes damage or harm to third parties or goods as a private person while using the e-bike or electric scooter, on the public highway, with a limitation to a maximum speed of 25 km/h.
It includes defence against claims by third parties against the insured party, up to a limit of €3,000.It covers amicable or court claims on behalf of the insured party against third parties liable for any indemnities arising from damages caused to the insured party.
No excess of any kind applies.
The insurance is only effective for damage caused or appearing during the terms of the contract on European territory.
