After years of requests by our members, personalised number plates now exist for conventional vehicles in Andorra.

This document serves for the owner of a vehicle to authorise a third party to drive their vehicle in Andorra and elsewhere.

As of 2011, Andorran vehicle number plates consist of four numbers in black, preceded by a letter, on a white background.

The international driving permit is necessary to drive temporarily outside one's country of residence in a vehicle with a foreign number plate.
