This document serves for the owner of a vehicle to authorise a third party to drive their vehicle in Andorra and elsewhere.

After years of requests by our members, personalised number plates now exist for conventional vehicles in Andorra.

The international driving permit is necessary to drive temporarily outside one's country of residence in a vehicle with a foreign number plate.
