We move or repatriate you in the event of injury or illness.

In the event that a member or one of their family covered by ACA CLUB services is unfortunate enough to suffer and illness or accident while travelling and requires hospitalisation, ACA CLUB will provide emergency assistance, whatever country you're in! What do we place at your disposal as a Club member?

  • We move you to the most suitable hospital, as near as possible to your place of residence.
  • We cover the cost of moving you to the hospital and, in the case of a traffic accident, we do the same for all occupants of the vehicle!
  • We include a medical team that, in direct contact with the medical service that will be dealing with you, will advise you on the best treatment to follow, as well as on transfer to another hospital. In this respect, you should know that ACA CLUB will also cover this second transfer by the most suitable means depending on the seriousness of each case.
  • We cover the cost of transfer or repatriation to your home once you are discharged.

Travelling with your family? With ACA CLUB their transfer or repatriation is also guaranteed!

If, as a member, you've been transferred or repatriated due to illness or accident and the family members accompanying you and covered by the services are unable to return home by their own means, ACA CLUB looks after taking them to the place of hospitalisation and then home. And as always, ACA CLUB looks after you and yours.

And what's more...

In the case of minors under 15 years old or family members with disabilities, if they do not have another family member or trusted person to accompany them on the journey, ACA CLUB will place at the member's disposal a person to accompany them to your home or to the place where you are hospitalised.

Emergency medical expenses? ACA CLUB will cover them too!

If you suffer an accident or sudden serious illness on a journey on Spanish territory, ACA CLUB will cover the medical expenses arising from this, up to maximum of 600 euros per person per incident. Now you know: ACA CLUB is always there to help you! This guarantee is subsidiary to the services covered by the Social Security or any other insurer obliged to provide assistance.

Up to 30,000 euros to meet medical expenses abroad

Medical, surgical, pharmaceutical and hospitalisation expenses. Whatever your circumstances, while you're abroad, ACA CLUB will cover medical expenses up to a maximum of 30,000 euros per person, per incident. What does the cover include?

  • Hospitalisation costs
  • Doctors and surgeons' costs and fees
  • The cost of medication prescribed by the doctor

Shall we continue the journey?

In the event you are discharged and can continue with your journey, ACA CLUB will make sure the member and companion are transferred to the place where the rest of the expedition is continuing with the travel plan established. As an ACA CLUB member we'll be there to help you at all times!

We accommodate you abroad if your stay has to be extended.

In cases where a member or one of their family covered by the service requires an extension of their stay abroad by medical prescription, ACA CLUB will take care of it. So, in the case of convalescence, all you need to worry about is getting better, as we'll accommodate you in a hotel up to 3 stars for a maximum of 7 nights.

We cover the travel and accommodation expenses of a family member in the event of hospitalisation

If during a journey abroad, the member or one of their family covered by the services is admitted to a hospital and the hospitalisation is expected to last more than 5 days, or 7 in the case of convalescence, ACA CLUB will cover a return ticket for a family member resident in Andorra to be with the person in question. ACA CLUB will also cover the overnight accommodation costs of the family member up to a maximum of 5 nights.

Transport or repatriation in the event of death

If the death of a member or one of their family covered by the services is confirmed during a journey, ACA CLUB will deal with all the pertinent formalities in the place where it happened. We will also cover transport or repatriation of the body to the place of burial, providing this is within a radius of 200 km.

What if you're travelling alone?

In the event that they were travelling alone, ACA CLUB will provide one member of the deceased's family resident in Spain with a return ticket to be with them. ACA CLUB will cover the family member's overnight accommodation expenses in a hotel up to 3 stars for a maximum of 5 nights.

Telephone healthcare advice

As part of the telephone healthcare consultation service, our duty doctors can give you the following advice:

  • They will advise you on the use of particular therapies and medication, as well as how to administer them properly and any side effects.
  • In case of emergency, ACA CLUB will mobilise, at the member's expense, the most appropriate resources according to the pathology and availability in the area.
  • You will be given initial instructions on what to do while waiting for the necessary resources to arrive.
