You can make a claim in the event of any of the following occurrences related to air travel:
Flight delays of more than 3 hours
Cancellations not notified 14 days in advance
Missed connecting flights
Overbooking or denied boarding
Lost, damaged or delayed baggage
Seat downgrades to a lower class
Flight advances of more than one hour
1. Go to the Private Area for members on the aca.ad website.
Open a claim form in the Airport Claim section.
Enter your flight or baggage details.
Upload the required documents (boarding pass or PIR for baggage).
The legal team will evaluate and process your claim.
Claims are normally resolved within 1 to 6 months, depending on the airline’s response.
Claims can be made within a period of up to 5 years of any incident (or 3 years in the case of baggage claims).
