All that ACA CLUB DIGITAL ASSISTANCE can do for you

Computers

You can use digital assistance in the case of incidents arising from home computers (up to a maximum of four). We can help you with all these operating systems: Windows 7 or 10, MAC OS X and above. The assistance also includes resolving doubts regarding software and hardware. We also help with backup copies and antivirus.

Monitors, keyboards, mice, headphones, controls

Installation, setup and clearing up doubts about malfunctioning of peripherals for personal use.

Mobiles

Configuration, updating and doubts about the operation of third-generation mobile handsets (iOS, Android). Recuperation of wet mobiles. Blocking of smartphones in the event of loss or theft.

Entertainment devices

Clearing up doubts, optimising operation and recommendations about using televisions and smart televisions, video consoles, multimedia players, image and sound systems, video game consoles, PDAs and tablets.

Other home devices

Also digital assistance with printers, models, CD and DVD players and recorders, USB memory devices, external storage devices, webcams, scanners and iPods.

Parental supervision for all devices

We help you to configure parental supervision on any of your devices, restricting contents not suitable for minors and blocking pages or users that pose a threat to the youngest members of the household.

Excluded devices

The following products are not currently supported:

  • Operating systems in the UNIX family. Server platforms
  • Advanced information systems (CAD systems, database servers, etc.).
    Experimental home-built PCs and Macs or any other experimental device built or developed at home.

Automòbil Club d’Andorra takes no responsibility for the loss of information or damage to the member's computer systems as a consequence of working on systems containing or infected by viruses or malicious code such as trojans, worms and the like, spy software, peer-to-peer software or any other programme, application, software or hardware installed on the member's computer, whether the user is aware of it or not, which acts maliciously.

In general, Automòbil Club d’Andorra takes no responsibility for any damage caused by inappropriate use of systems.
