If your vehicle is immobilised due to an accident, you'll receive a replacement vehicle while it is being repaired.

How does it work?

Just follow these steps:

  •   Report the accident or breakdown.
  •   The repair workshop certifies the time required for the repair (for breakdowns, by providing the corresponding certificate).
  •   We arrange a replacement vehicle so you can continue driving during the period covered by your policy.

Important information

  •   A 1-month waiting period applies to both cover options.
  •   The replacement vehicle must be collected from the location indicated by the company; home delivery is not available.
