In accordance with the Andorran data protection act, Law 15/2003, and informed of your rights thereunder, you the undersigned GRANT your explicit consent for the personal data supplied by you on an entirely voluntary basis to be processed automatically and added to the ACASSE SAU data file entered in the Public Registry of Personal Data Files, for the purpose of carrying on the relationship between the broker ACASSE SAU and yourself, i.e. advice and information on arranging insurance, assistance and consultation during the term of the insurance contracts, as well as assistance and advice in the event of a loss. Not consenting to your data being added to automatic files for subsequent processing would stop relations with the broker being conducted on a normal basis.
You the undersigned further GRANT your explicit consent to ACASSE SAU using your personal data in order to send you information about the services provided by this broker and of possible interest to you, both now and in the future, regardless of your status as a client of the broker.
Furthermore, you the undersigned explicitly AUTHORISE ACASSE SAU to transfer all or part of your personal data to the insurers the broker works with, so that they can prepare quotations and offers. Once you the undersigned have taken out a policy with a particular insurer, ACASSE SAU will not transfer or communicate personal data to any third parties, except for the insurer with which you have made a contract, so that the said insurer can issue the contract and manage the services arising therefrom during its term. Once the said contract has come to an end, you the undersigned explicitly AUTHORISE ACASSE SAU to again transfer your personal data as mentioned at the beginning of this section in order to search again for a suitable insurance policy for you.
The broker ACASSE SAU undertakes to safeguard the personal data in its files to ensure maximum confidentiality. To this end ACASSE SAU has taken all the technical and organisational measures necessary to ensure the security and integrity of the personal data, as well as to stop them being altered, lost or subject to unauthorised processing or access.
However, you may enquire and be informed about your personal data included in the file for which ACASSE SAU is responsible, request and obtain correction thereof if they are wrong, after producing the documents necessary to prove the accuracy and truthfulness of the new information, as well as requesting and obtaining the deletion of the said data, except in the cases provided for by law. These rights may be exercised by writing to the corporate address of the broker.
The broker ACASSE SAU will erase your personal data when they cease to be necessary for the purpose stated at the beginning of this document, unless you specify otherwise and therefore by your prior consent.
You the undersigned are responsible for the truthfulness of the data supplied, and ACASSE SAU reserves the right to exclude them. Therefore, as the party responsible for the truthfulness of the personal data you supply, you hold ACASSE SAU harmless in the event that they are found to be false.
Finally, by signing this document you the undersigned DECLARE that you are aware that the broker ACASSE SAU carries on the activity of mediation in the case of life and non-life insurance, without maintaining contractual links representing association with insurers, therefore offering independent, professional and impartial advice to anyone enquiring about cover for their risks and liabilities.
This advice is given on the basis of objective analysis of the product, but also on that of the quality of service and benefits offered by the insurers, based on a prior study of a sufficient number of insurance contracts on the Andorran insurance market, so enabling ACASSE SAU to propose to you insurance suited to your needs.
Thus, in these circumstances and informed of the above, I the undersigned APPOINT ACASSE SAU as broker for my policies.
