The ACA Sports Commission acts with national sporting powers and fulfils the functions of the "national motoring federation". Member of the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA). The mission of the Sports Commission is to promote motor sport in Andorra, organise competitions and give support and training to young Andorran drivers.
ACA SPORTS CLUB organises sporting competitions of all kinds. The oldest of these is the Ral·li d’Andorra Històric, an event over fifty years old for classic vehicles, which is a landmark in its field.
The Pujada Andorra / Arinsal carries on the tradition of mountain events in Andorra. Held over a 4-kilometre route in Arinsal (La Massana), it counts towards the French championship in this category.
Events on ice became part of motor sport in Andorra when climbs up to La Rabassa or Port d'Envalira on snow were held in the 60s. Today the Circuit Andorra - Pas de la Casa organises an event in the prestigious Andros Trophy, and the GSeries, in collaboration with the ACA commissioners with the job of ensuring compliance with the sporting regulations in each of these events.
