Yes. You can now make payments from your mobile devices or smartwatch using Apple Pay, Google Pay or Garmin Pay.

Is it necessary to have the card's PIN to pay in shops?

Yes, to make any payment at an establishment with a POS (Point of Sale) it will be necessary to enter the PIN number. If the establishment has a Contactless POS, the payment will be much faster and more convenient, simply by bringing the card close to the terminal. If the purchase amount is equal to or greater than 20€, you will have to enter the PIN number.

Is this card the same as the ACA CLUB membership card?

No, the Visa ACA CLUB card, although it identifies you as a member of the ACA CLUB, is a means of payment to make purchases and also, to benefit from discounts when using it in shops in Andorra and Catalonia.

What happens if my card is stolen or lost?

You should immediately call the telephone number (+376) 888 888 to cancel the card, go to any Creand Crèdit Andorrà Office and, if applicable, report it to the police (in cases of fraudulent use). You can rest easy because in case of loss or theft, fraudulent purchases and cash withdrawals can be covered up to 72 hours before the cancellation notice by the holder.

What credit can I have with the card?

If you are a client of Creand Crèdit Andorrà, you have a monthly limit of 3,000€ on your card, which you can modify according to your needs. If your card is domiciled in another bank, then you have a monthly limit of 600€.

To have the Visa ACA CLUB card, do you have to be a member of the ACA CLUB?

Yes, the Visa ACA CLUB card is only available to Automobile Club of Andorra members, over 18 years of age.
